Goddess

A goddess is a female deity in contrast with a male deity known as a god. She is the embodiment of all that is feminine and nurturing. This would be reflected greatly in The Earth Mother. A face of the Goddess personified. Many Goddesses can be grouped into trinities. That would be three faces or aspects of the same deity in one whole or three equal parts.
